Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8:00am to 11:00am daily. Our typical Trentino buffet includes coffee, tea, cereal, Trentino cheese, yogurts, juice, local jam and honey, cakes, Italian salami and ham.
Lunch and dinner
Lunch is served from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Dinner is served from 7pm to 9pm. Catering services are also available. Please contact us for more details.
Snacks
When the restaurant is closed, you can still order salads, sandwiches, pannini, toasts, a selection of cheese and bread, cold cuts, cakes, and more. No worries, you won´t go hungry.
Bar
Our bar is open from 7am to 12am (often later because the Martinellis never ask anyone to leave or even give a hint). Come enjoy cappuccino, hot chocolate, fine Trentino spirits such as the legendary grappa (35 different labels), wines such as Marzemino di Isera and Teroldeg. Our wine list includes 70 labels to choose from. Our bar has become an iconic gathering place and one of the best locations to meet the locals and learn more about our village and our traditions.

The renowned flower logo guarantees that our services and the products we use are eco-friendly.
In particular, our conservation efforts center around the use of renewable energy, a more efficient water use,
and reducing waste production. For this reason our establishment uses 100% certified RECS hydraulic power,
solar panels to heat water, and 100% biodegradable detergents. We also put much emphasis on recycling.
