You might want to try these all-time favorites from our menu:
Start with our crostini, an appetizer that features vegetables on toasted bread.
Then try a rotolo di verdura, which is made of three layers of potato (in a gnocchi-like paste), pumpkin, and spinach that are delicately rolled together, wrapped in a cloth, and boiled in a broth for 1 hour. The roll is then sliced and served with grana (a local variation of parmesan), melted butter and speckled with sage leaves
For dessert, we recommend a slice of carrot cake, made exclusively with Val di Gresta carrots, served with caramel sauce or local jam.
